Hey. I recently bought the Homespot Bluetooth adaptor so I could connect my headphones to the Switch and hop into voice chat while playing Overwatch. I've had a big problem with them though. I use the device in docked mode, and I can connect my headphones to the USB dongle just fine, but when I enter voice chat, the audio cuts out entirely. I can fix it by getting up and reconnecting my headphones to the dongle, but the next game when I enter voice, the same thing happens.
I've contacted customer support and all they really had to say was the built-in mic is only for use in handheld mode as it has a range of 4m, but this isn't the case because once I reconnect my headphones after the sound cuts out, it works fine.
I'm wondering if anyone here has had a similar issue or knows of any solution. Any help would be really appreciated.
