I purchased a Qualcomm aptX Low Latency Bluetooth Transmitter through Amazon.com on May 20, 2018. I hooked it up to my TV and paired it with my Sony headphones and it worked perfectly. About a week ago, the Bluetooth Transmitter stopped working. I went through all the steps of disconnecting the device and starting all over to pair it with our TV. It still does not work. I am positive my headphones are in working order, as I tried them without the transmitter and they work fine. I have only been able to use the Bluetooth Transmitter for about 3 months. As indicated on your product, "All HomeSpot products are offered with 12 months warranty." Please contact me to advise me about how this problem can be solved. I really enjoyed using the Bluetooth Transmitter while it worked for 3 months. I have also called the phone # 408-791-8762 twice and left voicemails, but as of today I have not received a callback. Looking forward to hearing from you.
