I have a Vizio D32f-E1 television and Oontz Angle 3 bluetooth speakers. I have tried connecting the bluetooth transmitter to the TosLink cable, RCA cable and 3.5mm cable and the speakers won't pair with the transmitter on any of them. The speakers work fine on my cellphone. Everything is fully charged and I reset the speakers after pairing with my phone. I tried the television first and then thought maybe something was wrong with the speakers and then tried the phone and then back again. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
